What happens in a session

Every session is paced to your nervous system and capacity on the day. There is no pushing or forcing.

Sessions may include:
• Nervous system mapping (fight, flight, freeze, fawn)
• Gentle grounding and somatic awareness
• Vagus nerve support and regulation practices
• Body-based release techniques
• Integration and personalised regulation tools

This is not mindset work.
This is nervous system repair.

How often should I book?

Most mums choose:
Weekly support during high stress or symptom flare
Fortnightly support once regulation starts to stabilise

We’ll decide together what your nervous system can safely integrate.

You can start with a single session and continue if it feels supportive.

Which option is right for me?

Choose 60 minutes if:
• Your body feels inflamed, exhausted or overwhelmed
• You want gentle, steady regulation
• You’re in active survival or shutdown

Choose 90 minutes if:
• You want deeper somatic release
• Your system has some capacity for processing
