Reconnect with your body in real time through gentle grounding, breath work, body scanning, and vagus nerve activation, helping your system shift from hyperarousal or shutdown toward regulation.

Allow your body to complete incomplete stress responses using somatic techniques, and experience what safety feels like when it emerges. You'll learn personalised tools you can use at home.
